For all items, please note, we need approximately six (6) weeks from the time we receive your payment to complete your order.  All orders are shipped by Canada Post.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs) on all standard size/standard colour knitwear.  Refunds and exchanges are not available on custom colour or made-to-measure knitwear. 

 

Please note:  When selecting a colour from the Merino Wool Colour Selection Chart, Autumn Tweed and Winter Tweed are 90% merino wool, 7% acrylic and 3% viscose.
