Do you want a made-to-measure sweater as a luxurious treat for yourself?  Or do you want to surprise a special someone?  How can you be sure that your Knit Pickers sweater will be a perfect fit?  Please contact Knit Pickers by e-mail and we will give you all the answers!

To place an order, please send an e-mail, including the item name (i.e. Celtic Knot Sweater), size (see chart below or request made-to-measure) and colour selection (if applicable).  For Knit Picker “Pics”, include the photo name(s) and quantity.  Indicate whether you would like an invoice sent to you by e-mail for payment by cheque or money order, or if you would like to be invoiced through PayPal.  Please note, we need approximately six (6) weeks from the time we receive your payment to complete your order.  All orders are shipped by Canada Post.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs) on all standard size/standard colour knitwear.  Refunds and exchanges are not available on custom colour or made-to-measure knitwear.
